  1. 1. Acceptance of the terms

    By using VirtuNumber, you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept them, you must not use our platform.

  2. 2. Services offered

    VirtuNumber provides temporary virtual numbers for SMS verification. Our services include:

    • OTP activation (single use)
    • Number rental (7, 15 or 30 days)
    • Coverage of 170+ countries
    • Customer support

  3. 3. Conditions of use

    You agree to:

    • Use VirtuNumber for lawful purposes only
    • Not use our numbers for spam or fraud
    • Respect the privacy of other users
    • Not resell or transfer your virtual numbers
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  4. 4. Credit system

    VirtuNumber credits (C) are not convertible back into money: an unused balance is not refunded in FCFA. A service we fail to deliver — an activation with no code received, a number never assigned — is however credited back to you in credits, under the rules set out in our refund policy. Each activation uses credits according to the service and the country.

    Credit expiry. A balance with no movement for 12 consecutive months expires and is removed from the account. Any top-up, purchase or refund resets that period in full, for the whole balance. We warn you 30 days before the deadline.

  5. 5. Liability

    VirtuNumber does not guarantee that every verification SMS will be received. Some services refuse virtual numbers, and availability depends on our providers.

  6. 6. Changes to the terms

    We may change these terms at any time. Changes will be notified by email to registered users.
